This Privacy Policy explains how Mirava handles information when you use the Mirava iOS application, including local quick login, makeup and hairstyle browsing, AI virtual try-on, Token purchases, saved previews, and look history.
Mirava may handle the following categories of information depending on the features you use:
We use information to operate Mirava features you request, including creating a local session, showing available makeup and hairstyle styles, processing uploaded photos, generating AI previews, displaying and saving results, maintaining local history, managing Token balances, processing in-app purchases, preventing duplicate transaction handling, and troubleshooting service issues.
Mirava does not use Face ID, TrueDepth depth data, face recognition, biometric authentication, faceprints, or persistent facial templates. Mirava does not separately collect or store facial landmarks, facial geometry files, biometric identifiers, or face verification profiles.
When you choose or capture a front-facing photo and tap Render Preview, Mirava handles the portrait image you provide and the visible facial attributes contained in that image, such as facial structure, skin tone, camera angle, expression, hairline, and surrounding hair. These visual attributes are used only to align the selected makeup or hairstyle look and generate the requested preview.
For the AI preview feature, Mirava compresses the selected image on device and sends the image, the selected style prompt, model parameters, and basic network request metadata to a third-party AI image processing provider, currently V-API at api.gpt.ge, solely to generate the requested edited portrait. Mirava does not sell photos or facial data, does not use photos or facial data for advertising, and does not use them to identify, authenticate, track, or profile users.
The selected source photo is not stored on Mirava-operated servers. It is held in app memory while you complete the preview flow and is transmitted to the AI provider only when you request rendering. The generated preview is returned to the app for display and is saved in local look history on your device unless you delete it. You may also choose to save the generated preview to your iOS photo library.
Mirava retains generated preview history locally on the device until you clear Look History, use Delete Account, or delete the app. Mirava does not control Apple photo library retention after you save an image to Photos. According to the current provider documentation reviewed by Mirava, the AI provider does not store request content; it may retain service logs such as request IP, request frequency, and quota usage as needed for service quality and security.
You should only upload photos that you have the right to use. Do not upload images of another person without appropriate permission.
Mirava uses third-party AI image processing only when you request a virtual try-on preview. The AI service analyzes the submitted image and style prompt to produce an edited portrait preview. Mirava sends the selected image and style prompt needed for that preview and does not send contact details, payment card data, Apple account credentials, address book data, health data, or unrelated device content to the AI provider.
Mirava is designed around a local quick login flow. Some information, including local session state, Token balance, saved preview history, and purchase processing records, may be stored on your device.
You can use the Delete Account action in Mirava to clear the local session, Tokens, saved previews, purchase processing records, and local history from the device as implemented in the app. Deleting the app may also remove locally stored app data, depending on iOS behavior.
If you choose to save a generated result to your photo library, Mirava may request photo library permission. If you deny permission, saving to the photo library may not work. Mirava uses this permission only for the save action you request.
Token purchases are processed through Apple. Apple may collect and process payment, account, transaction, tax, refund, and fraud-prevention information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Mirava receives only the information needed to validate purchase status and update your in-app Token balance.
We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate Mirava features, such as AI image processing, App Store purchase handling, hosting legal pages, networking, security, diagnostics, and platform services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos for third-party advertising.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Mirava. No app, network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Mirava is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Mirava without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review the issue.
Information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live, depending on the location of service providers, Apple services, hosting infrastructure, and AI processing systems.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be indicated by the Last updated date above. Continued use of Mirava after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
