This User Agreement governs your access to and use of Mirava, an AI virtual makeup and hairstyle try-on iOS application. By creating a local session, browsing looks, uploading or capturing a photo, purchasing Tokens, generating an AI preview, saving a result, or otherwise using Mirava, you agree to this User Agreement.
Mirava provides a mobile experience for exploring makeup and hair style references, uploading or capturing a face photo, and generating AI-assisted preview images based on selected style prompts.
Mirava may include local quick login, style browsing, virtual try-on tools, AI rendering, result saving, look history, Token balance management, and in-app Token purchases.
Mirava uses a local quick login flow. The app may create a local session identifier on your device so you can access the main app experience without third-party account authentication.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your local session. If you use the Delete Account action, Mirava will clear the local session, saved previews, Token balance, purchase processing records, and local history from the device as implemented in the app.
User Content means photos, images, prompts, saved previews, generated outputs, and other material you provide to or create with Mirava.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload or capture any image you use with Mirava. You must not upload images of another person without appropriate permission, images involving minors without lawful authority, or content that violates the rights of others.
You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant Mirava the limited rights needed to operate the app features you request, including processing uploaded photos, generating AI previews, displaying results, saving selected outputs locally, and maintaining local history.
Mirava uses AI image processing to generate visual previews. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, stylized, or different from real-world appearance. Results are provided for personal preview and creative exploration only.
Mirava does not guarantee that any makeup look, hairstyle, product, color, facial effect, hair effect, or generated preview will match a real-world outcome. You should not rely on Mirava output as professional beauty, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Some Mirava features may require Tokens. A rendering action may deduct the Token cost shown in the app before or during generation. The current configured render cost is 20 Tokens unless changed in the app experience.
Tokens are a consumable digital item used only inside Mirava. Tokens have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside the app.
Token packages may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, availability, payment authorization, tax handling, refunds, and transaction processing may be controlled by Apple and the App Store. Purchase completion may depend on device settings, network availability, App Store eligibility, and valid product identifiers.
Mirava may allow you to save generated previews to your photo library. Saving to the photo library may require device permissions. If you deny permissions, the save feature may not work.
Mirava may store saved preview history locally on your device. Local history can be cleared through app controls where available, including account deletion.
You agree not to use Mirava to create, upload, process, or distribute content that:
Mirava may rely on third-party services for AI image processing, Apple in-app purchases, device permissions, networking, and platform functionality. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms, policies, and technical limitations.
Mirava may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including style catalogs, Token packages, render costs, purchase availability, model configuration, and supported device capabilities.
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be indicated by the Last updated date above. Continued use of Mirava after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Mirava is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that AI rendering will complete successfully, that a generated image will be suitable for your intended use, or that any Token purchase or service request will be available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirava and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of content, lost profits, service interruption, failed purchases, or reliance on AI-generated output.
You may stop using Mirava at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to Mirava if we reasonably believe that you violated this User Agreement, misused the service, created legal risk, or interfered with app operation.
